The “Academy Awards” Of Pennsylvania Wines

January is once again time for the Pennyslvania Wine Society to announce it’s Pennsylvania Wine Excellence Awards, and once again Chaddsford Winery is a big winner! The Society will present a tasting of the top ten winners at the Hilton Harrisburg. PA state viticulturist Mark Chien will be lead speaker and the winning winemakers, including Chaddsford’s Eric Miller, will be present. Chaddsford will join other members of the Trail in showcasing our latest releases along with hors d’oeuvres provided by the Hilton – this is a great opportunity to survey the region and see what all the members are up to. Winemaker Eric Miller is delighted to return to the Kitchen Shoppe cooking school for an exciting Wine and Food pairing Dinner featuring six wines and six courses, affectionately titled “How to Pick the Right Wines to go with the Foods you Love.” During this evening Eric will share his secrets to creating easy and fabulous wine and food matches that will get your gastric juices flowing.
