February is the month of romance, so pick up your sweetie and indulge your love in decadent wine & chocolate tastings every weekend in February. Our team of wine educators will lead you through a sit-down tasting of premium Chaddsford wines paired with premium gourmet chocolates from Éclat Chocolate in West Chester. $25 per person. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted and refunds issued up to one week prior to the date of the tasting. Cancellation requests made less than one week from the date of the tasting will not be eligible for refunds.

New Technical Tour Program (*Sorry, no tech tours held in January to February.)

Want to see the real inner workings of a winery? Want to know how decisions are made in the cellar? And who makes them?

Chaddsford Winery is now offering new, in-depth educational tours of the winemaking and barrel-aging cellars with members of our winemaking team:

• Winemaker Eric Miller
• Cellarmaster Jim Osborn
• Or members of our wine education staff who help out during the busy fall harvest

This is your opportunity to pick their brains, see where they work, poke around the production deck, find out the effects of barrel aging, and learn about wine from the cellar up. These in-depth, educational tours last 1-1 ½ hours and are offered at the following times:

• Friday at 3:00 p.m.
• Saturday at 1:00 p.m.

There is no charge for the Technical Tours. Reservations are accepted at 610-388-6221. Maximum of 20 people per tour. To enhance your experience, you are invited to participate in one of our private Reserve Tastings following your tour (see below).

Saturday Reserve Tastings

From the beginning of April through the end of November, visitors to Chaddsford Winery are invited to participate in sit-down, advanced tastings in our Reserve Tasting Room, led by a team of experienced Chaddsford wine educators.

These intimate sessions are designed to give tasters already familiar with most Chaddsford wines a higher level opportunity to sample our limited production Portfolio Collection lots, and occasionally some older, library selections. Frequently Reserve Tasting participants will have the opportunity to purchase limited quantities of sold-out or allocated wines not available to the general public. $15/person

Reserve Tastings last for approximately an hour and are held at 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm, and 4:00 pm every Saturday. Reservations are not necessary but we will accept reservations to guarantee your spot at a designated time, or for private group tastings.
