    Hard Cider

    Our cider was cold fermented and left unfiltered to capture the pure and simple nature of the fruit. Winemaker Jim Osborn wanted to take a traditional approach to Hard Cider and has done so by creating a European-style cider much like what would been served in early colonial days.
