Bursting with notes of grapefruit, strawberry and citrus, Strawberry Lime Spriz will become a staple in your summer cocktail lineup!
Chaddsford's General Manager, Corey Krejcik, went live on Instagram with a cocktail demonstration using Sunset Blush. This bright, fragrant sweet rosé wine tastes great on its own, but it’s even better shaken up in the recipe below.
Strawberry Lime Spritz
For strawberry puree:
- 1 pound strawberries, hulled and halved
- Zest of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1-ounce strawberry puree
- 1-ounce vodka
- 3 ounces Sunset Blush
- Sparkling water or club soda
- Lime slices, for garnish
To make strawberry puree: Combine strawberries, lime zest, and sugar in a medium bowl and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
Puree strawberries in blender and strain through a fine-mesh sieve. Discard solids and refrigerate puree until ready to serve.
To make Spritz, combine puree, vodka, and Sunset blush in serving glass. Add ice and stir to combine. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lime slice
