The Traminette grape is a relative newcomer, derived from Gewürztraminer, that thrives in cooler climates of North America. With bright notes of dried mango and apricot, this dry rendition tantalizes the palate with crisp acidity, beeswax and honeycomb. Pair with mushroom cannelloni, roasted pork with apples or a peach tart.
