'16 Pinot Noir

With an extended maceration and 8 months in French oak, this Pinot Noir showcases brilliant notes of jammy strawberry, along with leather, mushroom, and pepper. Bolder tannins allow this wine to pair with heavier dishes, such as mushroom risotto, venison, or roast duck.  Overall, we think this wine is a lean, mean, food-pairing machine – and an excellent representation of the style indicative of our growing region.
