Ready for a scary-good time?! Trick or Treat for wine and seasonal snacks at Chaddsford's wildly popular, adults-only Halloween event! Costumes are encouraged, and fun is guaranteed.

**UPDATE: This event is almost entirely sold out! Advanced, timed tickets are required to take the Tour. The Winery will remain open for regular business during the program for those without tickets who are interested in enjoying wine and beer by the glass or purchasing from our bottle shop for to-go sales.**

 

Adult Trick or Treat is back for seasonal fun with a one-of-a-kind, outdoor walking tour. During the journey, you will visit five Halloween-themed pairing stations, receiving wine tips and pairing notes along the way from a knowledgeable Chaddsford Wine Guide. 

Tour times are available hourly from 12-5pm each day, and will consist of groups of up to 30 guests (smaller groups will be combined together). Your ticket includes a keepsake Halloween wine glass.

Expect the program to take about 45 minutes to complete. Ticket holders can hang out on the property and purchase additional wine and beer by the glass after the Tour.

  • We are pleased to offer three ticket options this year:
1) Regular Adult Event Ticket
2) Dietary Restrictions Ticket - includes food pairings which are exclusively gluten-free and vegan
3) Non-Alcoholic Event Ticket - includes one mocktail to enjoy with food during the Tour (no wine)
    • Costume Contest:
    Don't sleep on your costume selection! One best individual and one best group costume will be chosen each day. At the end of the event, we'll poll our followers to decide the overall Best Costume Champion in each category. Chaddsford gift cards are on the line!

      Things To Know

      • This event occurs at our Chadds Ford location.
      • This is a rain-or-shine, outdoor walking tour – dress for walking outdoors on lawn and gravel.
      • No refunds or date/time swaps are permitted under any circumstances.
      • Arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session to check in. Guests who fail to arrive within 30 minutes of their scheduled tour time are not guaranteed access to the program.
      • Absolutely no one under the age of 21 is allowed on the tour, including babies and children of participants. Valid physical ID required (no ID, no entry).
      • Pairing menu is subject to change without notice.

      • Station 2 – Dry Rosé with a raspberry macaron
      • Station 3 – Harbinger with a Zombie Tracks Cookie from Oso Sweet Bakery
      • Station 4 - Good Vibes Only with milk chocolate popcorn from Kernel Clark's Popcorn
      • Station 5 - Caramel Apple Mule wine cocktail, featuring Spiced Apple, with a Ginger Caramel Truffle from Éclat
