The Vintner’s Table is an intimate, educational Wine Pairing Dinner showcasing premium Chaddsford wines alongside a creative, five-course meal by some of the area’s most celebrated caterers and chefs.

Seating is purposefully limited to an 18-person, communal farm table in order to create a close-knit, welcoming environment for all guests.

Chaddsford staff and featured chefs will provide interesting and practical wine-and-food guidance throughout the evening, while customizing the conversation to meet the personal interests of the group.

It’s sure to be an unforgettable dining experience… come to the Table as guests, leave as close friends.

March Pairing Menu:

  • Strawberry Crostini with mascarpone spread, balsamic reduction
  • White Wine Poached Pear with spring mix, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, Dijon white wine vinaigrette
  • Seared Tuna on a house-made crostini, with crème Fraiche and fresh herbs
  • Herb Rubbed Lamb Chop with sautéed asparagus and wild rice
  • Caramel Apple Bread Pudding - Granny Smith apples, homemade caramel, brown sugar
