Welcome the flavors of fall with a seasonal Reserve Tasting at Chaddsford Winery. This intimate, guided experience pairs five Chaddsford wines with four thoughtfully selected bites inspired by the comforting flavors of the season.
Led by one of our knowledgeable Wine Educators, guests will explore how each food pairing complements and enhances the wine, while learning more about Chaddsford's winemaking process and the art of pairing food and wine. From creamy brie and apple butter to savory mushroom tart and clothbound cheddar to decadent chocolate caramel, each course offers a taste of autumn in the Brandywine Valley.

- Greeting Wine: 2025 Sparkling White
- White Horse at Chaddsford Barrel Fermented Chardonnay paired with Noble Brie and apple butter
- Harbinger paired with mushroom tart
- White Horse at Chaddsford Reserve Cabernet Franc paired with fig and thyme cracker and clothbound cheddar
- Spiced Apple paired with Éclat milk chocolate caramel
Pricing & Details
The cost is $40 per person, plus tax and applicable fees. Includes five wines, four complementary food pairings, and guided instruction from a Chaddsford Wine Educator. This is a seated experience with assigned seating. Reservations are strongly encouraged; walk-ins will be accepted if space allows.
