Shake up your weekend with an interactive Mixology Reserve Tasting at Chaddsford Winery. This seated, guided experience explores the art of crafting refreshing wine cocktails using Chaddsford favorites paired with fresh ingredients, herbs, fruit, and premium spirits. 

Led by one of our knowledgeable wine guides, you'll discover how different wines can serve as the perfect foundation for creative cocktails while learning the techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations that make each recipe shine. Whether you're looking to elevate your next gathering or simply enjoy something new, this educational tasting offers plenty of inspiration to recreate these seasonal cocktails at home.

Each handcrafted cocktail is thoughtfully paired with an artisan cheese board, creating a flavorful experience that highlights the versatility of wine beyond the glass.

Pairing Menu

Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of four handcrafted wine cocktails, including:

  • Rosemary French 75 – Sparkling White with rosemary and citrus

  • New York Sour – Good Vibes Only with a classic cocktail twist

  • Spicy Ginger Spritz – Sparkling Traminette with bright ginger and spice

  • Strawberry Basil Lemonade – Niagara with fresh strawberry and basil

Each tasting is paired with an artisan cheese board designed to complement the unique flavors of every cocktail.

Pricing & Details

The cost is $40 per person, plus tax and applicable fees. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting featuring four handcrafted wine cocktails paired with an artisan cheese board. Reservations are strongly encouraged, and each session is limited to 25 guests to provide an intimate, classroom-style experience with opportunities to learn, ask questions, and discover new cocktail techniques.
