Celebrate the flavors of the coast with a seasonal Reserve Tasting that pairs fresh, locally inspired seafood with handcrafted Chaddsford wines.
From crisp oysters and delicate scallops to classic shrimp cocktail and creamy blue crab dip, each pairing has been thoughtfully selected to highlight the vibrant flavors of summer while showcasing the versatility of our wines.
Our trained staff will guide you through a pre-selected tasting featuring wines from across our portfolio paired with curated seafood bites. During this intimate, educational 60-minute experience, guests will discover why each pairing works, learn about the winemaking process from vineyard to bottle, and gain a deeper appreciation for the art of food and wine pairing.

Pricing & Details
The cost is $50 per person, plus tax and applicable fees. Includes four curated wine pairings with four seafood bites. Reservations are strongly encouraged; walk-ins will be accepted if space allows. Seating is limited to maintain an intimate tasting experience.
