Caleb’s American Kitchen has partnered with Chaddsford Winery for a special six-course wine pairing experience. This “Table Talk” dinner brings together thoughtfully prepared New American cuisine and expertly selected wines in a relaxed, conversational setting.

Chef Caleb Lentchner will present a seasonally inspired tasting menu that reflects his signature approach to American cuisine blending regional flavors, fresh ingredients, and creative techniques. Each course will be paired with a curated Chaddsford wine, with guidance from the winery team to enhance your understanding and appreciation of each pairing.

Hosted in the restaurant’s sunroom, the evening is designed to feel welcoming and interactive, perfect for guests who enjoy great food and exceptional wine, and lively discussion.

 


 

About Caleb’s American Kitchen

Caleb’s American Kitchen is a beloved BYO New American bistro located at the intersection of Routes 202 and 263, just minutes from Peddler’s Village. Led by Chef Caleb Lentchner, the restaurant draws inspiration from the diverse flavors of American cuisine, ranging from coastal seafood and Creole influences to classic comfort fare, while highlighting ingredients from local farms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

 


 

About Chef Caleb Lentchner

Caleb Lentchner brings decades of culinary and hospitality experience to the table. Formerly the executive chef and general manager of New Hope’s renowned Marsha Brown, he has also played a key role in shaping the region’s dining scene, including founding New Hope Restaurant Week. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University and Florida International University, Chef Lentchner is known for his approachable yet refined take on New American cuisine.

Pricing & What’s Included

The cost is $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Guests will enjoy a six-course chef-prepared dinner with curated wine pairings from Chaddsford Winery. Reservations are required and seating is limited.
