'21 Syrah

Our first Syrah since 2007! This wine is gorgeously textured with a nose layered with vanilla, baked fruit compote, molasses and pepper. With 12 months in French and American oak barrels, the acidity compliments the fine, dusty, tannins that keep the palate structured and well balanced. Pair alongside lamb chops with rosemary-garlic butter or grilled portobello mushrooms.
