Our first release of Vignoles marks the transition of Spring Wine to a single varietal with slightly lower residual sugar at 2%.
The bright, off-dry and juicy wine bursts with tropical fruit flavors like pineapple, sweet papaya, and decadent peach. Enjoy on its own or alongside fish tacos or a pineapple upside-down cake for a sweet treat.
Wine Educator Rachel Brown is particularly excited about the versatility of Vignoles, noting that "its naturally high acids, high sugars and aromatics are incredible.
