Dark Salted Caramel + 2015 Proprietors Reserve Red
A light, smooth, dark chocolate truffle that will tickle taste buds with accents of Fleur de Sel and Tahitian Vanilla. Paired alongside Chaddsford's smoky, spicy, house red wine, featuring subtle hints of cherry.
Vanilla Crème + 2015 Harbinger
Decadent white ganache gives shelter to a full Tahitian Vanilla bean. Enjoy it with an exclusive dry red cellar blend showcasing raspberry and vanilla.
Lavender Chocolate + Sunset Blush
Fresh Lavender flowers are infused for 24 hours to bring out only the best and lightest of the perfume oils before it is blended with three origin chocolates, resting at 65% cocoa each. Try it as you taste the delicate Sunset Blush, boasting nuanced flavors of grapefruit and strawberry.
Gingerbread Ganache + 2015 Barrel Select Chardonnay
Caramel is infused with fresh ginger to give this chocolate a refreshingly warm flavor, which is accented by the red Hawaiian sea salt on top. Paired with an oak-aged, tropical-fruit-rich Chardonnay to create a rich, toasty combination.
