Brown whipped up Pasta Primavera, a light, flavorful dish, alongside a Chaddsford Mojito!

- 5-10 Mint Leaves
- 1 Lime, wedged
- 1-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 3-4 oz of chilled Chaddsford's '18 Pinot Grigio
- 1 1/2oz of White Rum
- Chilled Club Soda
In a glass, muddle mint leaves and 1 lime wedge. Add 2 more lime wedges and sugar to taste and muddle. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, Pinot Grigio, white rum, and a splash of club soda. Shake until well-mixed. Strain into the glass with mint leaves, lime, and sugar and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
