Get the Recipe: Pasta Primavera and Chaddsford Mojitos

Summer flavors come together with this easy dinner and cocktail pairing! 

Chaddsford's Wine Educator, Rachel Brown, invited us into her kitchen for a Facebook Live cooking and cocktail demonstration. 

Brown whipped up Pasta Primavera, a light, flavorful dish, alongside a Chaddsford Mojito!

Chaddsford Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 5-10 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Lime, wedged
  • 1-2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 3-4 oz of chilled Chaddsford's '18 Pinot Grigio
  • 1 1/2oz of White Rum
  • Chilled Club Soda

Method:

In a glass, muddle mint leaves and 1 lime wedge. Add 2 more lime wedges and sugar to taste and muddle. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, Pinot Grigio, white rum, and a splash of club soda. Shake until well-mixed. Strain into the glass with mint leaves, lime, and sugar and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge. 

Serves 1.
