Chaddsford Winery and Boardroom Spirits are partnering to create a grape brandy from Chaddsford's Niagara wine.
Once the wine is distilled, it will be stored in bourbon barrels and then finished in red wine barrels until it's ready to be released in about three years time.
We'll need to open thousands of bottles of wine and are seeking volunteers to join us for a series of uncorking parties!
Food and cocktails will be provided, and each volunteer will leave with a bottle of Chaddsford wine.
