Join us for a special evening celebrating the work of renowned painter and printmaker Michelle Farro.

Her artwork will be on view in the main building at Penn’s Purchase from March 1 through May 31, with this opening reception offering guests the opportunity to meet the artist and experience the collection in an intimate, welcoming setting.

Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage along with light snacks as you explore the exhibition. Guests are welcome to explore the space and artwork throughout the evening as space allows.

Indoor table service is available first-come, first-served for self-guided wine tastings and by-the-glass or bottle purchases.



About Michelle Farro

Michelle Farro’s work functions as a visual diary, shaped by her fascination with old photographs, overlooked objects, and moments of quiet observation in nature. A graduate of Laguna College of Art & Design, with additional studies at the Florence Academy of Art in Italy, Michelle’s work has been featured in projects for HBO, Chairish, Bergdorf Goodman, and Anthropologie, and is held in private collections worldwide.


Pricing & What’s Included

This event is free and open to the public. No advance registration is required, walk-ins welcome, capacity is limited to 50 guests. Complimentary wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available and light snacks will be provided. Additional pre-packaged snacks will be available for purchase.
