Join us for an evening celebrating two of life’s greatest pleasures: exceptional cheese and perfectly paired wine. Discover your next favorite cheese, learn from the experts, and savor the perfect wine pairing in a relaxed, intimate setting.
We’re thrilled to welcome Anne Karlan of Third Wheel Cheese Company for a guided tasting experience featuring a curated selection of farmstead and artisan cheeses from across the Northeast region, thoughtfully paired with Chaddsford wines.
Throughout the evening, you’ll learn about:
- The farms and producers behind each cheese
- The characteristics of farmstead and artisan varieties
- Pairing principles that elevate both wine and cheese
- How to build your own balanced cheese board
Pairing menu will be announced closer to the event date. Please note, no substitutions will be available for allergies or dietary restrictions.

Pricing & What’s Included
The cost is $45 per person, credit cards are accepted online. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of five local artisan cheeses, each thoughtfully paired with five Chaddsford wines. Reservations are required, the capacity is limited to 30 guests.
